Jason was extremely helpful he let me know the steps and kept me updated with what was going on with my vehicle. The service was completed much quicker than I expected and was also cheaper than anticipated. It is hard to find an honest and trustworthy auto repair shop in todays world, or so it seems. However, that fear for me was put at ease when I came here. As a woman, it was refreshing to have Cheyanne listen to me and make me feel comfortable having service completed here. Jayson was also very friendly when I picked up my car at the end of the day. Very professional and friendly service. I couldn't be more pleased and will bring my car here from now on. They have earned a customer for life! Thank you.

As far as I'm concerned, KC Auto Clinic is more knowledgeable than the GM maker of my 2014 Buick Lacrosse! Took it to Cable Dahmer first, they charged me $200 just to check, said nothing was wrong and when I asked if it was safe to drive, the guy who checked me in said, yes, it was safe to drive. Kept hearing a noise in the back end. Come to find out, I could have had an accident had we kept driving. KC Auto Clinic found the problem IMMEDIATELY! The price was great and I received extra care from the customer service manager. Definitely recommend you give them a try and I am going back for all my auto needs.

I recently had a new transmission installed on my 2018 Nissan Rogue at KC Auto Clinics, and I worked with Chuck throughout the process. He was extremely helpful, polite, and professional from start to finish. I truly appreciate the level of customer service he provided. My warranty company made what should have been a 2-day job turn into a month-long process. They caused multiple delays and made things very complicated, requiring Chuck to jump through a lot of hoops just to get the repair completed. Despite all of that, he stayed patient, helpful, and kept me informed. I’m very happy with the work done on my vehicle and will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you again to Chuck and the team!

I came in for a diagnostic just to get some things figured out, and they were able to find the problem and fix it within 1 day! Their work and willingness to care was amazing giving me call backs and updates on what worked best for my situation. No one was pushy for me to get the work done or spend the money. The notes in my profile were detailed and spot on it’s been about a week and the car has never been smoother big shout out to the whole team from the person who booked my appointments and to Ethanwho kept me updated and gave me some accommodating options great work I do recommend
